I have creative suite on two computers. All is well on my desktop but I cannot get the latest version of lightroom to download on my laptop. I keep getting version 6.3 and I checked that the latest version is 6.12. I noticed it was not the latest version because the dehaze tool is missing. How can I get the latest version on my second computer?. I checked my account and there are only two computers listed as authorized.

I am sorry, I may not be understanding you. I opened up Lightroom itself, then clicked help and looked for "update". That word is grayed out. I did not do this within the cloud desktop app. If that is not what you meant, can you tell me more about what you mean by :update directly"? Thank you for your help and patience.

I may have discovered that my problem is not related to the program at all. When I tried to do update directly, I got a message that my "administrator has restricted updates". This laptop is owned by my employer and that may be the issue . I will explore that further. I apologize for taking up your time but I appreciate your timely responses.

Thank you for your reply. When I try to update within the application, by clicking on help, the "update" link is grayed out and I cannot click on it.

again, don't click within the app.  update directly.
