Lightroom installer fails, tells me to enable javascript

I've just subscribed for Lighroom, but am not able to install it, as the installer gives me the error message, that I have to enable javascript. As this message is shown in the installer window, there is no option to enable javascript. What do I have to do?

Hi it's happening on Windows 10 with the latest Updates on a User Account, I get a prompt to enter Admin Password during install, which I do, and then the installer starts, throwing the above mentioned error message.

Installer: Lightroom_Set-Up.exe downloaded right after I subscribed on the adobe website.

Did you try to install as an admin with an admin account?
