Lightroom is not activated after update

Hi,

I updated my lightroom 6 installation recently, while at the same time updating mac os. Now, lightroom claims all my licenses are taken and won't activate with my serial number anymore on the same machine, where it was activated before. I only use lightroom on one other computer (windows). How can I activate lightroom again on my mac again?

The customer support of adobe is very horrible. I paid for the product and can not use it anymore, due to a bug in adobe's activation system. Can you please provide me with an e-mail address or phone number to fix this issue immediately? The only contact option is chat support during normal working hours, which is ridiculous.

if you're seeing an activation count error, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and request an activation count reset.

if you're seeing some other error, what is it?
