LightRoom isn't working, responding, or shuting down.
Lightroom its working at all. i've try'd all the methods of fixing the problem ive seen and nothing is working. i cant even shut down my computer.
i dont know what to do...

if win use task manager to terminate lr.
if mac use activity monitor to terminate lr.
was there any problem during installation?
do you have other cc programs installed?
what's your os?
