lightroom kan ik niet activeren

Ik kan lightroom 6 niet activeren omdat hij nu bij opstarten aangeeft dat mijn serienummer al op het maximaal aantal computers geinstalleerd is. Ik heb lightroom opnieuw moeten installeren omdat lR6 niet meer opstartte. Dus kon ik lightroom niet deactiveren.
Hoe los ik dit op?

You have to contact the Adobe support. Only they can reset the activation. Asking for an activation count reset and for nothing else related to CS6 or little you'll be declined.
