Lightroom keeps asking for extension of subscription on full student version

Question

I have a full adobe  creative cloud all apps student version with lightroom included. However LR still does not allow editing and keeps requesting for extension of the subscription.

Select the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session.
Type in AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI System.
