Lightroom keeps telling me, that I am using a test version. It will expire in 2 weeks 😞
2 weeks ago I did purchased Photo CC. According to the informations on my adobe ID account web site everything is fine. There my subscription is documented.

I tried everything that I found on this support pages. Including Log out and in an checked all my personal settings on adobe ID. I have excellent Internet connectivity, I can not imagine why my computer should not be able to connect the adobe activation servers.

Nothing helps. Super disappointing how much time I have to invest to simply get what I have paid for.
The documented phone support is not of help as I am during your limited office hours at my office and not at home where I have the problem.

Branching to a new discussion.

Peter Schmidlin please see Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later, Acrobat DC for information on how to resolve the connection error preventing the membership from activating.  If you have any questions you are welcome to update this discussion.

You need to correct your trouble shooting document.

The test page that indicates if I can connect the activation servers or not indicated that I have access.

Nevertheless I decided to analyze the hosts file. Surprise, surprise a lot of wrong adobe entries. After deleting these wrong entries my problem disappeared.

This kind of bugs and the miss leading support are disappointing

Thanks for the update Peter Schmidlin.  Incorrect entries in the host file will prevent the software's ability to activate.  If you have any details on how those entries were added to the host file it would be appreciated.
