hi

I followed your step but was then asked to provide billing information for a monthly charge. Since my purchase already included installing on my second computer, why do I have to provide billing info and be charged again?

Sermonk73542339, did you install Lightroom CC through the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application?  What operating system is running on the second computer that you are installing Lightroom CC on?

If you installed Lightroom CC using the process listed in Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps then it is likely a connection error is preventing the second computer from seeing the active membership.  You can find information on how to resolve connection errors at Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications .
