Lightroom Mobile showing “ Preparing your Subscription ”

I just paid for my subscription and although it works on the web version of Lightroom Cloud. It keeps showing that it is Prepapring my Subscription both on my iPad and my iPhone and it has been going on for a while now. It usually gets done in a minute or two but it's been in that loop for a while now. Any help will be appreciated

Hi @kglad i already restarted both my devices although the message is still showing. I also logged out from both devices and logged back in. It's still showing me the same issue.

did you purchase from an app store or adobe.com directly?
