Lightroom opens in trial mode

Hi all,

I just bought the photography pack (12 euros/month) and it only lets me access the cloud version of Lightroom. When I made the purchase it say I could access the cloud version + Lightroom classic CC + Photoshop. I try to download these last two from Creative cloud  and it sais that I need a license (?!?!)

Please help. I'm new at this and down really know how to download the full content that I paid for.

    I just figured out the problem...I wasn't using the same adobe ID as the one that I used in the purchase so it didn't let me used the other content. Dumb me... thank you anyway

    Can you confirm what plan you bought?, since there is a plan that only includes Lightroom

    Creative Cloud Photography Plan 20 GB

    Creative Cloud Photography Plan 1 TB
