Lightroom & Photoshop - may I delete old versions?

Hi I use Lightroom and photoshop, which i open from mydock on my mac, but when i open the adobe symbol on the top bar of my mac it looks like the attached picture. My question is can I delete the old version of LR & Photoshop with no adverse effects? TQ
