Question

Lightroom saying that I need to upgrade my subscription even though I have a plan with every app????

I have an Adobe plan that includes all apps through my school, however recently every time I open Lightroom CC on my phone or computer it says "your trial has expired, to continue upgrade your plan" and when I click the button to upgrade it says my subscription is active and I can continue to the program, but when I close the window nothing changes. Every other app works FINE.

This issue has lasted for the past two weeks with no resolve. I have an old trial period from when I first got Adobe and thought that may be interfering, however there's no option to manage or delete the trial plan, only upgrade it.

Please, please help. I need to use these applications for schoolwork and its getting into some major assessment pieces that I can't do properly due to this not working.

Even though you might have a school account all of the apps, and the desktop App, need to be signed in using an Adobe ID that has a valid, paid up, subscription associated with it. Maybe your schools subscription hasn't been renewed.

it works fine for everyone else, and for every other CC app. The subscription is all good and everything is logged into with the same Adobe ID.
