Lightroom Udpate gets stuck at 48%

I recently uninstalled and installed Lighroom on Mac. I was having issues for photos to load and tried this as an option. At the same time I updated to Catalina. When opening the app the updating gets stuck forever at 48. I tried already logging out and in to CC but still nothing changing....
