LR won't update on one of my computers (PC, Win7 Enterprise). I have asked the CC app to check for updates but it can't find any. It just puts an "Up to date" next to the LR (the same goes for Photoshop).
At my other computer (MacbookPro), it upgraded without problems.
Does the update not work with Win7 Enterprise?

Yes, you are right Windows 7 is not compatible with latest Lightroom CC app, to install the latest version of Lightroom CC you will need Windows 10(64-but) version 1511 or later, for more details on system requirements see: Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC system requirements.
