Ligthroom and Photoshop membership error

Hi

I have the photography plan activated for a few years now with no problems. I m still paying for it every month and now the software is saying that you need to buy it to be able to use it. Now I can't use it even though I just paid for it a few days ago. I need this software for my job and it's very urgent. What should I do?
