Environment:

ACER TP V3-571G

Win 10 Home Version 1607 / Betriessystem Build 14393.321

I had a 90day trial licence, wich was included by my camera.

I succesfully installed CC.

I installed Lightroom 2015 without any error message. Installation ended succesfull.

I succesfully installed PS. PS is up and running.

Problem:

Lightroom doens't start after the installation process succesfully ended. When I start LR, it appears for 2 - 6 sec as a process in the task manager list. But unfortunaltely nothing more happend.

I tried to start LR in Admin mode without succes.I changed folder access for SLCache and SLStore as described in sweveral threads without success.

With support from Adobe I deinstalled all CC software via Adobe procedure and installed it again with a new User on my PC. Without succes!

Can anyone give advice, or does anyone has the same problem?

Thanks in advance; peter.

it's not clear you started lr in admin mode and then it closed, or you aren't sure you applied admin mode when opening.  so, to be sure right click lr>click 'run as administrator'.

make sure that anything that could shut down lr is suspended, eg. av programs.

I tried to start LR direct from CC App and even from the desktop Icon with right click and option "run as Admin". Both without success.

forget AV. I disabled my AV McAfee without success.
