Like to reinstall PSE 12 but serialnumber is not accepted

I have got the serial/licensenumber (found in email, found on my personal profile in adobe). I installed PSE 12 18 months ago. Because of more and more sw problems, i thought it to be a good idea, to reinstall PSE 12 today. I downloaded the PSE12 software agai, but the license code is not accepted. Can't find any support within adobe. Has anyone experiences how I can proceed?   regards  Ulli

    You need to contact Adobe Support and have a check with serial  number once :
