Hi all, I have have 2 PC`s with one for general use and the other for just photo work and I have just upsized my operating hard drive and got all the contents swapped to the larger drive in my photo PC, then I confirmed everything worked and then uninstalled photoshop on the old hard drive as you can only run 2 photoshops, my issue is that photoshop on the new drive keeps saying i am over my subscription limit even though I only have the two installed. Any sugestions on how to resolve this issue please. I run winows 10.

uninstalling isn't the key.  it's deactivating using a computer that has an activation.

what you see at your account may help you locate the computer that needs to be deactivated, but you can't deactivate anything from your account.

Thanks for the reply, I only have two PC`s activated on my account and I have only ever had the two. I uninstalled on the other user on my pc with two user names this was ok for one day then the problem came back. It seems I may have to remove the activation on the one I upload with and leave the install on my work processing pc.
This only happened when I changed hard drives on my working processing pc. Regards Mick

the computer that's going to be used to deactivate needs to meet adobe's security standards and needs to communicate with adobe's servers.  so, if you can, update it's default browser (and make sure that's not opera) and update your os.

also, there are a slew of ways that you can still fail to convey deactivation to adobe including having a time setting that's incorrect.

@Outback Collie go to https://account.adobe.com/ and check your activated devices, you can deactivate any that you don't use from there

Thanks for the reply, It turns out that adobe thought I had two subscritions on one computer as it was counting the two users accounts as two subsriptions even though it had been installed only once.
