Limited Access issue Creative Cloud.

My colleague who also uses AI asked me if I have had a "limited access" message on Creative Cloud.

I will be checking tonight when I get home. I haven't used it for a little while. He is slightly worried because from the chat it looks like he uses a crack version of AI.

Anyone know if he can resolve the problem?

All he uses it for is to send his work from ipad to creative cloud so he can get it as a PDF because Adobe stopped the standard PDF format when emailing projects from the Ipad app.

Money grabbing as per usual.

Hi Mark,

In order to check if he is using a legitimate license for the Adobe products, we will need to check his Adobe ID.

Please ask him to Contact Customer Care for the support.

I have asked him to make contact. He got his laptop off a friend who already had it on there so he is going to check with who he got the laptop off.

is there anyway a project created on the ipad app could be emailed as a PDF?

Adobe Ideas allowed to email the project as a PDF. They then taken that away and gave us Adobe Draw. is there any other way to send a project as PDF without signing up to a monthly subscription?

Adobe must realise that not all professional people use this. Some people may make a fortune to be able to pay for these products whilst others use it for fun.

If he is using a cracked version of any software, his troubles are his own.
