Link for Uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app on Windows for Win10(64) dont work

as in the title. I can't download the program, other links work.

    I tried the link mentioned on the following webpage for WIN10 version and it did download correctly

    If you are refering to this same link then this has something to do with your network. Try changing your firewall settings, device, or network and see if that helps
