Link to buy upgrade Element&Premier from 10 to 12?

I am not able to find the link for the upgrade priced package (Elements and Premier), i am a version 10 customer and would like to upgrade, but there is only a link to buy full version like a new user.

    If you go to the following page and select Buy you should end up where you can change the Full to Upgrade.

    Thank you so much ... but why is it only this link? If i go through my account  to the elements page and then look up the buy options it is not there? How did you stumble over "THIS" link?

    No stumbling involved... I just typed in Photoshop Elements in the Search option on the main Adobe web page and selected the Buy option for the combined package from the results.  That brought me to the product page that I pointed you to... .  For the page you mention you might not have noticed an option to Edit the purchase information... which would have led to providing the same selection options.
