I need help in moving this app off of one computer, and on to another computer.

LiveCycle Designer is discontinued.  It has become Adobe Experience Manager Forms with a separate community forum below.

Get the installer. Get the serial number. You cannot "move" software otherwise. It's possible your copy of LiveCycle Designer was bundled with Acrobat Pro 9 or 10, and is not separable.

I do not find a forum for that product, which I think is because Adobe no longer has the product available

 

Since you can't move a program from one computer to another, you must do a new install, I don't think what you want is possible
