Loading issue

I am having difficulty opening my creative cloud. The icon appears gray in the top bar of my MacBook but when I click it to load there is a spinning wheel and nothing ever loads. Nor can I open pdfs directly.

Any ideas as to why it isn't loading and opening? Even when I try to open manually from applications it never loads.
