Locating Old IDs

After six months of trying to install Acrobat 9 Pro I was finally able to pull the software from my old system, install it on new system and try to start it up. I have the ID for 9. It is asking me for the IDs from my previously installed 6 and 7 so I must have upgraded 6-7-9. These old IDs are no longer available and do not appear in either of the software files on the old PC for 6 or 7. Other than buying new package, which I cannot afford on fixed and limited income, not sure where I can go with it. I could continue to use 9 on my 10 year old desktop but would prefer to move it to my laptop,

Check in your Adobe account online under the My Products section.  While they might be a bit old to have been retained there, if you registered the software they might.  You should only need the previous one you upgraded from, not both 6 and 7.

If you still have no luck finding the serial numbers, you can try contacting Adobe Support thru chat and see if they will help you.  They offer very limited help with older programs, but your situation might be one where they will.

For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...
