Location on active session is different to where I am

Hi,

When I tried to buy After Effects today, after a trial, a page came up that was in a language I didn't know or recognise.  This got me worried so I looked on my account and on my active sessions it seems to think I am in Romania.

I opened up both Safari and Chrome to check that it was me and it definitely is, only I'm in the UK not Romania.

Would anyone have any idea why it says Romania? Or if this is something that is going to cause me problems?

I've tried chatting with a couple of customer service representative but they don't seem to be able to help me.  They just keep telling me to sign out and then back in again but that's not changing the location.

I would want to ensure your Adobe ID is setup for the correct country. You may want to go through this article and see if it helps:

Change the country associated with your Adobe ID

If you continue to face difficulties I'd suggest contacting our customer service for assistance.

Contact Customer Care

For this one you'd want to sign in with the Adobe ID you're using to purchase and select account issues. You should see phone and chat options at the bottom of the page.
