Hello,

I used to have 2 plans connected to my adobe account.

One - Photography plan with photoshop and lightroom and second Creative Cloud for teams with every available program.

I decided to cancel my Photography plan because these 2 applications are included in Cloud for teams.

Sadly Photoshop and Lightroom stopped to work on my mac. Adobe wants me to buy new license.

On my second computer with Windows Photoshop and Lightroom are available.

Any idea why on mac I can't use photoshop anymore?

I signed out from Creative Cloud app on both and logged in just on mac. Without success.

best regards

Lukasz

malixmalix, good morning.
It seems necessary to confirm once again that the license of Creative Cloud for teams is

All Apps including Photoshop and Lightroom.

This is because, even if only the Creative Cloud for teams

Single App is assigned to Plan & Products, an icon like All Apps appears instead of

an icon for each application.
As a precaution, capture the account screen and Admin Console

(only administrators can see) images when my Creative Cloud for teams

Single Apps is assigned.
