(LOCKED by Moderator. CS3 IS DEAD) Install cs3 on new PC

‌I have Creative suite design cs3. My old PC totally crashed and can't start it anymore, so I couldn't deactivate my cs3. I have 1 PC license so how can I install it on my new PC? I phoned Adobe costumer service with this question but they told me to ask it here.

And is it possible to install cs3 on windows10?

      I downoaded CS3 on my new computer, but I can't activate it, because I could't deactivate it first. My laptop crashed suddenly. 
      I had a chat with an Adobe assistent and he told me that the product is too old. The only solution he gave was: buy an newer version. But that is not fair. I paid for this one. 

      How can I activate my CS3 suite with my activation code?

      No that is not the reason. 

      CS3 is DEAD. The activation servers have been shut down.
