LOCKED CS3 is Dead... was reload Adobe CS3

Had a windows update failure and PC had to be wiped. I need to reload my student edition of CS3 master suite. I did this about 3 years ago successfully when I bought this Dell PC. I could no longer use my CDs but Adobe allowed me to do a special download as CS3 was no longer a current product. I've been on the Adobe chat line but it seems everything is now cloud based. Can anyone help me please?
