[LOCKED] CS3 on a replacement machine [CS1-3 are dead]

We are trying to reinstall Adobe Creative Suite 3 on a replacement machine that we are using for some legacy applications that only work with CS3. Our CS3 is only an upgrade version, so it requires we install CS1.

Unfortunately our CS1 product key no longer registers as valid and we cannot get that install to move forward. Can you please assist us in getting this issue resolved? The key was valid the last time it was installed around 2013, so we are unsure what has happened between now and then.
