[Locked duplicate post] Need help with Adobe Portfolio website

I have a masthead on the homepage of my website - https://rvkphotography.com/

This image appears properly only in landscape orientation. What is the setting that will allow the image to automatically re-size when viewing on smaller devices and in portrait orientation like the iPad?
