Question

Locked out of applications

Good day

I have two Adobe accounts, one without payments which I just used to use to trial products, and one with a $10 / month subscription plan. The problem is the Creative Cloud is locked into the trial account, as are all the associated desktop applications, which means although I am paying for them, I cannot use them except in trial mode. I have tried to uninstall CC but it says I cannot because I have desktop applications which depend on it. I have signed out of the trial account and signed into the subscription account, but the CC and the application remain firmly tied to the non-paying account. Any ideas? Thanks a lot.

    1. You need to log-out of your free account by clicking your avatar in Creative Cloud desktop app.
    2. Restart your computer.
    3. Open Creative Cloud desktop app
    4. Log-in with your paid ID and password.
    5. See below for mote tips.
