Please remove the blue paint on screenshot behind phone number is there it is very urgent and much  needed for me please remove the blue paint

    Removing blue paint removes phone number.  Sorry.  There is no way to recover the number from your screenshot.

    I have 2 photos that have stuff on it first had "🤫" I would like that removed and second has black paint

    First I do not understand what exactly you want and second, someone could advice HOW to do that, but I don't think that the fora are a wishbox where you can ask for a job to be done. 

     

    What I can say (and what Nancy tried to say) is that JPEG files are flat and you cannot restitute what is hidden behind if you do not know exactly what is hidden behind.
