[Locked, wrong forum] What's going on with SPARK?

Is this error international - i can don´t load / open SPARK in the cloud!!!!

 

I payed a lot for this services - should be to running well!

 

Please give me a a anwser - i meant a officel answer from adobe!

Spark is not supported on this forum. It is supported here:

No one here can give you an "official answer from adobe".  This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Nor can we provide support when an Adobe website goes down. I suggest you try here for the Adobe team that supports Spark:

I paid for one year - all the onther programs works, but SPARK don´t works, don´t start right now.
