Log out of Cloud Account in Acrobat DC

Dear community,

i have recently had a very unpleasant experience with adobe.

As I have worked for an agency I also used the enterprise cloud privately.

Meanwhile I have quit my former job and bought the cc abo for freelance use.

I reinstalled the creative cloud apps I wanted to use and most of them work fine with my new ID.

But in acrobat DC I was already signed in into my old enterprise account. Now it wont let me use

the app because my enterprise account does not exist anymore. I cannot find a way to sign out in acrobat.

When I try to desinstall the app using the cloud manager, it will do so but when it is deinstalled it says "update".

Which should not be the case since I have just deinstalled it. Then I deinstalled the complete suite and even ran the

cc cleaner tool as recommended.

Even that did not bring the change and I cannot use the DC app as I want to.

I would be happy if someone could help.

kind regards,

Jonas

I have a similar situation as I have 2 CC subscriptions. When I took my personal one, I simply signed me in there and it worked. No hassle with my work id.

You should anyhow have the possibility to singn you out from Acrobat.

Second possibility is to log-in to your former work id if it is not a teams license, and release your private PC from there.

Third possibility: contact customer care, because if all fails, it is a bug and customer care needs to intervene. Contact Customer Care

For further help, you should state your OS and version, as there may be people knowing wich files need to be cleaned up manually.
