downloaded photoshop. entered an incorrect email when signing in. have gone through the walkthrough of how to delete the email data (wont let me) it says 'the action cant be completed because the file is open in Creative Cloud. ensured that no programmes are running in background, restarted laptop etc. help?!! also tried to just delete photoshop but i need to sign in to delete it....

What MAY work is to completely clean everything Adobe off your computer... sign in with your correct account... install again
