Login Problem - Russian Landing Page

I am trying to login to my adobe account from my android phone, using the samsung internet browser, i enter my email and then get this page and image (see attached), It appears to be russian, but not sure why?

Hi John,

As I understand you are being routed to a Russian page. Is your OS in Russian language?

Did you try a different browser?
