login problems

Question

I am trying to download illustrator for a class I'm taking. I have the account and paid and everythining, but whenever I try to download it and login it says to sign in with a school email (which is what I've been using) and doesn't let me log in with it. I've tried to use a different email but it says the same thing about you can't use it for personal use. But I'm not and I use my school email. Can anyone help ?

Can you post the message that you're getting? I'm wondering if it's a message about it being an educational license. If you're not able to close the message and use Illustrator, you may need to contact your school's IT department (or whoever you went through to acquire the license).
