Question

Login won't work on just one computer, one user

I don't know how this is possible, but here is my scenario.  I have a license for a team of 3.  On my laptop, I can login on the CC app, but once I try to open an application I get stuck in a login loop.  It accepts my login then says click continue, but then goes back to the sign in.  Now, here's the weird thing.  If I sign in with either of the other 2 licenses, everything works fine.  Weirder still, if I login with my username on any other computer, it works fine.  So the problem lies with just my login on just my laptop.  Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Check your user setup in the Admin console.

Perhaps you have given access to the two users when you set them up but forgot to set yourself up.

If that were true I wouldn't be able to login on other computers.

You could try removing your adobe ID account from your machine:

Activate and deactivate Adobe products

Also here are known issues and solutions for signing in:

You may need to remove everything and reinstall

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

The user shouldnt have to uninstall anything. This is strictly an account issue not an app issue.
