Look Guys, I've been a good customer of Yours over many, many years. Ok I'm a a private citizen & not worth millions to You but I've been a good customer of Your for many mny years. I have CS 3 design & can't deactivate it as the program won't let me in 'cos of a system error. I need help but am not getting it!Spoke with Your technical staff who told me they onl deal with CC issues. I've tried to use Your online advice & support to no avail!! The 24//7 chat support is unavailable, so I'm appealing to You to directly deactivate my CS Design 3 so's I can use all the programs on the Vista platform. As a private citizen in my mind I've spent a lot of money on Your Please help me out here if for no other reason than on moral & ethical grounds, over the years.
