I am looking for a way to share a large library of image files (upwards of 10 terabytes) with my associates. This library needs to be easily searchable. Upload and download speeds need to be quick. We also need the ability to select and send a group of files easily. This library needs to be secure and each user needs to have specific permissions.
Does Adobe offer a solution?

no, i don't.
those are very demanding specs and probably would require your own in-house server. there's no way to assure rapid up and download speeds via the internet. users would be throttled by their own connections.
in addition, that's a lot of storage. i don't think you can use a shared server (eg, most web hosting companies) and renting a 1tb server would probably cost > $100/month. this is well beyond my personal experience.
i would recommend consulting an i.t. professional for recommendations.
