Looking for a source from which to download an executable version of Audition 3.0.

I have a perpetual license for this software on my old laptop but can't transfer it to my new laptop and don't want to rent an annual license from Adobe. Can anybody help me with a link to the downloadable version.  I have the serial number key.  Thanks.
