Looking for a synopsis of each of the CC apps

Question

I am new to Creative Cloud and most of the Adobe apps. I'm having a very hard time finding something like a one-pager containing a synopsis of what each app should be used for. e.g. when to use photoshop vs lightroom vs illustrator. Can someone point me in the right diretion?
