Lost Activation to a Computer Crash

Hi there,

I had my computer totally crash in April, nothing salvageable, and it was totally wiped. I'm hoping to have my activation count reset such as in this thread: Reinstalling Creative Suite 6 after hard drive crash

Let me know what, if anything, I need to do.

Hi,

If it is the second activation, you can easily activate it again since you can activate a product on two computers.

Hi,

Thanks for the link. I spoke to chat, and I think that I resolved the issue (they told me that they'd fixed it, I believe), but I'm a little unsure because the language was a little odd. Where could I go in my account to check how many activations I have left?
