Lost contact to the Creative Cloud

Hi Guys

All my other Adobe application runs perfect, but I cant open the central application "Creative cloud" (error message: "the Adobe servers are not available" / see attachement). I have try to repair the aplication with the uninstaller with no effect. Uninstall is not possible, because the other application needs "Creative cloud". But even when I download a new "creative cloud application" from the Adobe site, right after the installation the same error message apears ( "the Adobe servers are not available") Any ideas?!?

additional info: Working on a macBookPro Mojave 10.14.5. I test it on different router / internet access (even cell phone hotspot) all with the same negativ result.
