lost cs5 disc!

hello,

i bought the cs5 for my school a couple of years ago. now i have a new computer and need to install it again only i cannot locate the disc. there were two licenses with the disc and i only used one. does anybody know if i can do a digital install with the second license key?? id appreciate any advice going!
