Lost Lightroom 4 serial number

I'm trying to relicense Lightroom 6, which I purchased as an upgrade from Lightroom 4. I had it up and running on my old laptop which crashed. After installing on new PC it asks for the serial code which i've provided, but as it's an upgrade serial code it then asks for the serial code to my original Lightroom 4. However, I no longer have my old Lightroom 4 serial code as it was bought through a different account.

I've tried to contact Adobe a million times but their chat seems to be always closed and phone support isn't available!

Any advice?

you need that lr 4 serial number.

if it's installed somewhere you can retrieve that number.  if it was purchased from or registered with adobe, you can retrieve it from adobe.
