lost my product key for PSE 11
I have adobe PSE 11 and it has worked GREAT for me. I had to reinstall windows and now have to reinstall 11. It is asking for a product key. Problem is, the software is not showing up in my account? My husband and I share the same email address, and when we activated the adobe ID it address an email to him, but now the account is in my name so I have no idea what data we lost over the years. HELP! We got the software when we got a lap top years ago. It worked fine for me? is there anything that can be done??
