Lost my Serial number for Premiere Elements 2018

Hello,

I bought my adobe premiere elements 2018 in Hawaii (Best Buy) and I didn't know that I needed to keep my serial number.  here I am trying to download but its asking for it. I don't have it anymore.

    Did you install the product previously?  If so, and you registered the product, then the serial number could be available thru your Adobe account online.

    If none of the above holds promise, and you have no proof of purchase, then it is likely you won't be able to get a serial number.

    The serial number is what you actually buy. Keep it like gold. And not just on your computer, because if the computer breaks or is stolen, it's gone...
