Hello, I have a problem with my order. On Adobe FB profile someone check that my order is on incorrect adobe id. They wrote me  that i have to contact here :Contact Customer Care , but it's no working from few days....  who can help me to change in my order adobe id???

    Martak29097841, sorry you are facing difficulty contacting our support team at Contact Customer Care .  The request you are making will require that you contact our support team directly.  What happens when you click on the option for Phone?  Are you given a phone number to call for your region?  What specific country/region are you contacting us from?

    The contact page does function but some people have difficulty connecting thru it.  Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it continues to fail try using a different browser.

    Unfortunately it still does not work. I'm logged in, i have cookies enabled and I clear cookie cache. Next step I was try in different browser-dosen't work... ok , tomorow i try on different computer...
