Lost qualifying upgrade serial numbers

I am trying to install Adobe Creative Suite 4 Premium and Adobe Photoshop CS6 on my new computer which is sitting right next to my old computer where the two packages are happily installed.  I am just trying to move all my software to the new computer but when I tried to install I realised that I cannot find the packaging/serial numbers for Creative Suite 2 and Photoshop 5.  I am currently using Photoshop CC so that is not a huge issue, but I would still like to install Photoshop CS6 and Creative Suite 4 on my new computer.

I have looked through my amazon orders and I have proof of purchase for Creative Suite 2 on 12 October 2005 and Photoshop 5 on 14 Feb 2012 and as I said I have running versions of Photoshop CS6 and Creative Suite 4 on the machine next to me.  I can continue to use this software on the old machine, but if it dies, I am out of luck.

Do you have any advice for me?

Carol

Thank you for your suggestions.  I will contact Adobe support through chat and see if they can help me.  I will also continue to look around the house for the numbers.  I cannot believe I would have thrown the older boxes out, even in a massive spring clean.  I am a Creative Cloud Photography Plan subscriber so I have access to Photoshop and I have Creative Suite CS 4 installed on my old machine, so I have access to the software I need.  If all else fails and if Adobe raises the price of the Photography Plan to something I cannot afford, I will change the website I have been maintaining under Dreamweaver CS 4 to a word press site and I will switch to On1 RAW instead of Photoshop.  That is plan B.

Lost information - see reply #1 in https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2008767

- page has links to programs to find an installed serial number in Mac or Windows

- includes link to your Adobe account to check for registered serial numbers

- when you find your serial number(s) write them down and put in a desk drawer

You can try contacting Adobe Support thru chat and see if they will provide you with a serial number for CS2 that will work to get CS4 installed and activated.  CS2 would not be a qualifying version for activating CS6, but, assuming you purchased CS6 as an upgrade from CS4 then you should be able to use the CS4 serial number to activate CS6... though I question that because typically like kinds can upgrade like kinds, and a Suite would probably not be a qualifying version for a single application purchase.

Depending on the operating system of the new machine you might have difficulty getting either of them to install anyways... particularly CS4.  If you can identify the machine's operating system then some pointers might be provided to try to help with getting old software installed on the new machine.
